Soft Life. Hard Boundaries.

Support for burnout, life transitions, and rebuidling yourself without burning everything down.

You don't need to have it all figured out.

This space is for the in-between.

When you're not falling apart, but you know something has to change.

Burnout isn't a personal failure. It is a signal. Life transitions don't require dramatic reinvention, othey require steadier ground.

Here, rebuilding looks quieter. Smarter. More sustainable.

Here you'll find:

  • Support for burnout and emotional overload.

  • Guidance through identity shifts and life transitions.

  • Grounded reflections for people in rebuilding without urgency or perfection.

  • Structure that respects your energy, capacity, and real life.

The goal isn't transformation for its own sake - it's clarity, stability, and a life that actually fits.

MY STORY

I’m Maya Steele.
I’m navigating burnout, major life transitions, and a quieter kind of reinvention.

I’ve rebuilt my life more than once. But this rebuild is different. It isn’t about starting from scratch - it’s about using what already works, with better boundaries and a mindset shaped by experience.

My path to solo parenting wasn't the one I initially drew up. I expected a different reality - one where my child would have a father, even if we weren't a couple. When he chose to walk away from her entirely, I had to internalise a new truth: I wasn't just doing this alone; I was doing it all.
I navigated that shift while balancing a career that no longer fit and health challenges that demanded I slow down. I didn't do it loudly. I adapted, I learned how to function when pushing harder stopped working, and I found a way to thrive in the "in-between."
I’m not a therapist. II’m a navigator for the 'in-between.' I help you map out the path from burnout to a life that actually fits. This space is for those who know something has to change and are ready to build a life that actually fits who they are becoming.
